lovely extras and yummy vegan sausages!
quiet spot spacious room yummy sausages perfect location
The location was super. it was close to museums and right by the canal, yet in a quiet spot. the rooms were spacious, unlike many city hotels. i enjoyed the yoga mat and chocolates they provided. the breakfast was the best. I made my own smoothie and had vegan sausages, i found them excellent.
i did notice one of the windows had bird droppings, so i think the cleaning could have been a little better

the hotel had bikes available for guest use. it provided itineraries, that included active music meditation, bike tours, and paddle boarding. the gym had modern equipment for a good workout. i really enjoyed using it every morning.

major museums are within walking distance of the hotel. many shops and restaurants are also nearby. the hotel is about a ten-minute walk to the metro. there are plenty of cafés and food options around the hotel.

the room had a comfortable bed and pillows. the canal view was amazing, i could see a swan couple swimming peacefully! the bathroom supplied everything i needed. the hot water and water pressure were good.

Breakfast included healthy options and a vegan menu. I had vegan sausages! the hotel offers an à la carte menu with pancakes and smashed avocado. dinner service provided very nice food. the food quality and service were really great.

unhelpful staff poor breakfast
the room was large enough with space to store luggage.
the front desk staff were unhelpful, i've never experienced this before in any of the many hotels i've stayed at. there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, it was inconvenient. the quality of breakfast was very poor for a hotel of this standard.

necessary toiletries bluetooth speaker comfy beds steep ramp
i liked the room size a lot. the room included all the necessary toiletries. the hotel provided a wifi jbl bluetooth speaker. the fm radio with light was a nice bonus. i did appreciate the comfy beds. the pillows was comfy too.
i found it not easy to push my buggy due to no ramp at the entrance. there is a steep ramp between the lobby to the elevator.

the hotel location is very well located. i did find it to be near the downtown area and felt very peaceful. it was wonderfully located near the main museums and the center but not in the touristy part.

the staff were warm and very helpful. the staff was also friendly . they was also accommodating with changes. i felt very welcomed by the people in the local area.

the hotel has a good size room with fittings. the room included standard quality amenities. it has a panoramic view of the canal. a train station is a few minutes away from the hotel if you want explore other areas.

i enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. the breakfast was delicious to me. the hotel have a snack bar with self-service. you get some help warming up the main courses even if they are small.

unhelpful staff disorganized breakfast
the location was acceptable, near the museums.
The front desk staff were unhelpful. i was given no assistance with my luggage upon arrival, it was inconvenient. breakfast was another disappointment. The staff was disorganized and even rude.

The hotel rooms have modern interiors. Breakfast options included good variety. I had requested an extra cot and it was promptly delivered to the room. There is a shop on-site with drinks and snacks, useful for quick purchases.
The gym location could benefit from improved signage.
