the room was large enough with space to store luggage.
the front desk staff were unhelpful, i've never experienced this before in any of the many hotels i've stayed at. there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, it was inconvenient. the quality of breakfast was very poor for a hotel of this standard.

i liked the room size a lot. the room included all the necessary toiletries. the hotel provided a wifi jbl bluetooth speaker. the fm radio with light was a nice bonus. i did appreciate the comfy beds. the pillows was comfy too.
i found it not easy to push my buggy due to no ramp at the entrance.

the hotel location is very well located. i did find it to be near the downtown area and felt very peaceful. it was wonderfully located near the main museums and the center but not in the touristy part.

the hotel has a good size room with fittings. the room included standard quality amenities. it has a panoramic view of the canal. a train station is a few minutes away from the hotel if you want explore other areas.

i enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. the breakfast was delicious to me. the hotel have a snack bar with self-service. you get some help warming up the main courses even if they are small.
